Product Availability: Crystal Voyage is a retail store and on rare occasion we may have sold the product you have just purchased. Our retail inventory records are not connected to the web site. Crystals are one of a kind so we will give you an immediate refund if that happens. Shipping: We do not ship internationally. International shipments cannot be tracked or insured through USPS. We ship using USPS. If you do not receive your order within 10 business day after notification of shipment, please email us at customercare@crystalvoyage.com. Please make sure you include your order number and a phone number where you can be reached. If there is a problem with your shipment once it is received you must contact us using the email form http://www.crystalvoyage.com/shipping.asp within 5 days of receipt of your order. All orders over $50 require signature confirmation upon delivery. Returns: Crystal Voyage strives to provide you with the most effective products and a superior overall experience. Notification of your intent to return a purchase will be accepted within 10 business days of receipt of the product. The return must be received within 30 days of the original shipment day. How to Return a Purchase: You must notify Crystal Voyage within 10 business days of the shipment date of your intent to return a purchase by using the form at http://www.crystalvoyage.com/returns.asp . You will be emailed an RMA (return material authorizaton) number. You must clearly mark the return package with RMA number on the outside of the package. Refunds will only be issued on the same credit card to which they were charged. Returns sent after 30 days and received in original condition will be issued store credit. If the product is over $50.00 in value you must insure the package. Product received not in original condition and not insured will not be accepted. NOT returnable:
